VaHomeschoolers is grateful for the financial support that helps us help homeschoolers.
We recently received financial support in several notable ways. Jill Carrillo became a
lifetime member with her $500 membership to the organization, and the Nuwayser
family made a $500 donation. Stephanie Elms contributed $1,000. Another generous
donation of $3,000 was received from a family foundation that wishes to remain
anonymous. Other families have included an extra $10, $20 or $25 with their annual
membership renewals or made separate donations, with their financial gifts also adding
to the organization’s ability to serve homeschoolers.
Which of VaHomeschoolers’ services do you think is most valuable?
• Homeschool Helpline
• The VaHomeschoolers website
• Seminars and conferences
• Our lobbying efforts at the General Assembly
• VaHomeschoolers Voice magazine
• Our work with school districts on your behalf
Perhaps it’s our inclusive approach that welcomes you into our publications and
our events, so you get the support you need regardless of your political or religious
background. Your annual member dues of $29 certainly help, but they don’t pay for
everything. We rely on extra donations from supporters.
