BYU Independent Study

BYU Independent Study offers over 500 high school, middle school, and university online courses that can help students make up credit, graduate on time, enhance their curriculum, or earn university credit. Students can sign up anytime and work at their own pace.

Elemental Science

At Elemental Science, we provide the essential plans and materials you need to teach homeschool science confidently! We offer living books, lapbooks and classical science.

Friendship Outdoor Recreaction Center

Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains sits Friendship Outdoor Recreation Center. We currently sit on 520 acres where we provide a wide range of activities. Some of the activities we provide are archery, canoeing/kayaking, mountain boarding, tennis, equestrian and experiential education. We can also accommodate to 400 people and offer lodging, meals as well as meeting area. Our property is a great way to get away and form positive bonds between family, friends and colleagues.

Grandma Bee, LLC

Grandma Bee, LLC, Products Quick Facts with Grandma Bee, a program that teaches immediate recall of multiplication/division facts in a quick, easy, and fun way. Packet includes DVD with instructions from an experienced teacher, student folder, unique flashcards, timed tests, and markers.

Math on the Level

Math on the Level is a flexible, maturation-based, homeschool math curriculum with a very effective review system. It’s unique approach is designed to turn your home environment into a rich, real-life learning experience and make math education meaningful and fun for your whole family.

Northstar Academy

Northstar Career Academy offers part-time vocational training courses to students with special learning, emotional, and/or physical needs. In our four programs including Business Administration, Health Occupations, Construction and Maintenance and Materials Handling, students learn hands on skills they need to successfully build careers in this area. One day per week, students are immersed in work in job shadowing or internships in the community students also learn job seeking and “job keeping” skills. Courses are designed to last two year; students only need to commit one year at a time.
