Evaluations Keyleader

Description: The Evaluations Keyleader needs to make blank copies of the evaluations, place them in each session room, and collect them at the end of the day. This Keyleader will create a spreadsheet to send to the Conference Co-chairs and an email survey to be sent to attendees post-conference.

Skill Set:

  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Computer skills, including familiarity with a spreadsheet, such as Microsoft Excel.
  • The ability to read reports and guidelines and follow directions to get the paper evaluations disseminated.

Time Commitment: Most of the work is done either before or after the conference. During the conference, you may need to collect evaluations as they are completed, but you will have plenty of time to attend sessions.

Training and Accountability: The Evaluations Keyleader will have the support of the Conference Co-chairs along with detailed reports and guidelines from the previous Evaluations Keyleader.
