Graduation Ceremony 2023
Registration is Open For Members!
If you have a graduating senior, we’d love for you to join us for our 2023 graduation ceremony on May 20th at the Robinson Theater Community Arts Center in Richmond. The ceremony will begin at 2:30 p.m., with doors opening at 2:00 p.m.
February 1-21, 2023: VaHomeschoolers members who are the parent or guardian of a graduating student will be able to register. During this early bird members-only period, the cost will be $60.00
After February 21st: The cost will be $75.00 for members and $105.00 for non-members.
Registration will close at 11:59 pm on April 12, 2023 or once the ceremony is at capacity.

How many people may attend for each graduate?
Each graduate may have up to 8 family and friends attend the ceremony.
If you would like to purchase extra seats for $10.00 each, please send email to treasurer@vahomeschoolers.org by April 12, 2023, and specify how many extra seats you will need.
Who provides the diploma?
The parent or guardian will provide the diploma, but are not required to bring it to the ceremony. At no additional cost, VaHomeschoolers will supply a diploma cover for each graduate. The parent/guardian will be given instructions about size ahead of the ceremony.

Will I be able to get a refund if I find I can't attend?
Yes, refunds will be given until March 11, 2023. To request a refund, email the VaHomeschoolers Treasurer.
