Today is World Baking Day! Baking and cooking toge Today is World Baking Day! Baking and cooking together are a great way to incorporate lessons you've been teaching into a real world application. 
Fractions, addition, multiplication, reading, chemical reactions, thermal reactions, biology, ecology, history of the foods and meals, problem solving, community, and so much more can be taught over a recipe! 
Take it outside and adventure, remove an ingredient and find a substitute for a fun scavenger hunt.

Discounted admission to all 5 sites on various days throughout the summer, including special programing at some sites.

**Be sure to read the information at the bottom. Each site has different hours of operation, be sure to confirm before you go. Cape Henry Lighthouse climbers must be 42" tall to climb.
